The Young Lady Bugs
posted by
A couple weeks ago, Daddy, Jennifer, Sarah, and I went to the Butterfly house in the Callaway Gardens in Georgia. Daddy bought a
lady bug house for me. Its a special gift for Mommy. I mailed a certificate to receive my lady bugs in the mail.
The young lady bugs arrived today, April 17, 2007. There are 3 lady bugs that survived the trip from California. When they grow up like the lady bugs that we usually see then
we can put them in the garden. I have a special keeper that I can put the young lady bugs in and there’s a pipette to put a few drops of water on a felt sponge in the middle of a small crater.
I am excited about watching the lady bugs grow up.

My dear lady bug, Hannah
. I am so excited you were able to put your first post up! Your ability to communicate is a blessing and I know will be used by God to bless many….as it has me. I’m looking forward to seeing those lady bugs grow up too! I wonder how many legs a lady bug has..hmmmm.
What a wonderful update, Hannah! God did a beautiful job creating lady bugs, didn’t He? I’m sure you’ll enjoy watching them grow up!
That *was* a wonderful update Hannah. Here in West Virginia, butterflies have just started growing up and flying around–and they are great to watch. You know, ladybugs and butterflies can be fun to draw pictures of too.
Hannah, In the pictures we could see your enthusiasm over the arrival of the colorful lady-bugs. May the Lord use them to be a blessing to your garden. Michael says that they are very valuable to our fruit trees. Thousands of them visit our fields on sunny days. If you need any extras – they are available in 25 and 50 pound packages
Hannah, I still remeber what a blessing it was to be with you at the Father and Daughter retreat. Thankyou for being a blessing to your Poppa. Love Daddy
