We still need to learn how the sap flows (probably similar to maple) and if there are any other unique requirements like how deep to drill, when to tap, etc. Lehmans actually sells <a href="http://www.lehmans.com/sdx/278003.jsp" rel="nofollow">Tulip Poplar Syrup</a>.
