Operation Eternal Impact
posted by
Over the past week our family got together with the Hynes, Potters, Staddons, Butlers and a couple other nearby families to have Bible Clubs!
Friday and Saturday were days of training. I liked learning how to tell the wordless book to other children.
Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday we went to four different places and taught the children about God. I remember the Mephibosheth story that Samuel Potter told. It really got the children’s
attention when he was running and running and suddenly tripped and fell down to act out his story!
It was neat to see children being asked, "What did you do today?"
and to hear them say with so much joy that they had accepted Christ. Once I heard two boys talking. One said, "Have you got your heart cleansed?" and
the other boy answered, "I already did yesterday."
I’m so happy to be part of a family that is telling others how to be saved from their sin.
It was a great week!

Hannah – I am overjoyed by your zeal for reaching out to the lost. Watching you and Mark Christopher learn and then practice sharing the Wordless Book brought such joy to my heart. And then, hearing you actually shared the gospel, using the Wordless Book, with a little girl at Bible Club has me rejoicing all the more. Keep turning your eyes upon Jesus and He will direct you to those you are to minister to.
I can’t imagine all the logistics that had to be thought through to make such an event possible! Praise the Lord it all worked out.
James and I are talking with home right now about all the exciting things that happened during this week. Praise the Lord! Thanks for putting all of this effort into making this week happen. It will bear eternal fruit!

Great report Hannah!
God truly met us! Looking back over our time I see so clearly the working of Gods hand. From bringing the children to each club, to helping each one of us teachers to share the truth of Gods word clearly and effectively.
The joy that has come from this time is beyond words.
Wow! This makes me even MORE excited about what the Lord is going to do in our Bible Club next week!! May we yield ourselves to be used of Him.
