The North Carolina FEW Conference!

Ephesians 4:8,11-16 says
“Wherefore he saith, When he ascended up on high, he led captivity captive, and gave gifts unto men.
And he gave some, apostles; and some, prophets; and some, evangelists; and some, pastors and teachers;
For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ:
Till we all come in the unity of the faith, and of the knowledge of the Son of God, unto a perfect man, unto the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ:
That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive;
But speaking the truth in love, may grow up into him in all things, which is the head, even Christ:
From whom the whole body fitly joined together and compacted by that which every joint supplieth, according to the effectual working in the measure of every part, maketh increase of the body unto the edifying of itself in love.”
Words can’t describe how encouraged our family was by the FEW Conference in North Carolina last weekend!
The messages and the fellowship of likeminded believers inspired us and motivated us greatly to continue growing in our walks with the Lord.
We were encouraged to draw closer to one another and seek to be a family fitly joined together making a godly impact on all those that God brings along our path.

Praise the Lord for His mighty work at the FEW Conference. Can’t wait till the next one in a couple months…..!!!!

Though satan purposed to undermine, God’s purposes were accomplish fully and completely. I truly rejoice when thinking over the weekend and the wonderful blessings God poured upon his people. What a joy it is to be in service to the King of kings.
Amen! We continue to praise the Lord!
Such wonderful truths were shared. May we not forget what we’ve heard!

So much rich fellowship and insight was shared during those one and a half days that I feel it was more like a week!
Thank you Wilkes Team for your vision (as well as your volunteer spirit to take care of the details behind the scenes!) I have a new hope now that we “may grow up into Him in all things, which is the head, even Christ”. All things means all things and growing up is very much a learning process but it is a joy to learn together! It is like a treasure hunt to find Christ and His ways in each area of life as we trust Him.
God bless each one that is learning to put in practice what was heard.
